Crawford Espresso accepts the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.


Payment Authorization

When you place an order on our website:

  1. Your payment method is authorized at checkout.
  2. The authorization verifies that the payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available.

This authorization does not immediately capture the payment.


Payment Capture

After an order is placed:

  1. Our system sends the order to our suppliers to verify inventory availability.
  2. Once the item is confirmed to be available for shipment, the payment is captured and processed.
  3. The order is then submitted for shipment.

If the item is unavailable or on backorder, the authorization will be voided and no charge will be processed.


Payment Security

All payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry security standards.

Crawford Espresso does not store or have access to full credit card details.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved according to our Refund & Return Policy:

  1. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  2. Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days after approval.
  3. Most banks process refunds within 3–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Transaction Fees

Orders canceled after payment confirmation may be subject to a 3% non-refundable transaction fee.

This fee reflects payment processing costs charged by payment providers and financial institutions.

  • ensure sufficient funds are available
  • try an alternative payment method
