LUCCA Solo Espresso Machine

The LUCCA Solo Espresso Machine is a purpose-built machine for the home barista who cares primarily about espresso. Manufactured by Quick Mill in Italy, the Solo combines a commercial-standard 58mm E61 group head with PID temperature control, an integrated shot timer, and a straightforward single-boiler design focused entirely on producing consistently excellent espresso.

Its 0.75 L insulated brew boiler provides precise temperature control, while the vibratory pump delivers the traditional pressure profile expected from a prosumer espresso machine. Warm-up takes approximately 10–15 minutes, and the built-in 2 L reservoir means no permanent plumbing is required. Without a steam system competing for space or power, the Solo keeps the overall footprint compact while maintaining the feel and performance of a full-size E61 platform.

The 58mm group provides access to the broad range of commercial-standard baskets, tampers, dosing tools, puck screens, and other espresso accessories available on the market. Combined with its walnut touchpoints and classic E61 design, the LUCCA Solo is particularly well suited for espresso and Americano drinkers who want excellent temperature control, a traditional manual brewing experience, and a machine dedicated specifically to espresso.
