Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Crawford Espresso wants everyone to be able to browse, compare and buy coffee equipment on crawfordespresso.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

  • Build pages with clear headings, labelled buttons and form fields, and text alternatives for product images.
  • Keep menus, filters, the cart and product options usable with a keyboard.
  • Use readable text sizes and colour contrast, and layouts that work when zoomed or viewed on a phone.
  • Respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
  • Check new pages and features for accessibility before we release them, and review existing pages as we improve the site.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by third parties, such as checkout and payment (Shopify and its payment partners), customer reviews, live chat and email sign-up forms. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't fully control how their content works. Some older product documents, such as manufacturer PDF manuals and brochures, may not be fully accessible.

If anything on the site gets in your way, we'll help you another way: we can read out product details, send information in a format that works for you, or take your order by phone or email.

Contact us

If you have trouble using any part of crawfordespresso.com, or have a suggestion, please tell us. Let us know the page and what went wrong, and we'll work to fix it.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.
