Crawford Espresso will match or beat the lowest online price on its products.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. 

Policy

If you find a lower price for any products on our store, we will match or beat it by $50 for products listed over $2000. In order to be eligible, you must provide proof - whether a screenshot, invoice, email, etc. of the lower offer.

Conditions for our 100% Price Match Policy:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.)
• Refund requests Exclude special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Policy includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.

We want you to have the best value and the best deal which is why we always offer the best sales and discounts. The Price Match policy is also conditioned by the calculation of cost vs loss. If the Price Matched is incurring a loss, it is up to us to make a final decision about whether we can approve the proposed price.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Once we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri). If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, the typical handling time following the placement of your order is 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Outside the USA

We do not ship outside the USA, with some exceptions. If the website allows you to check out and enter your shipping address, your order will be processed. Certain products are also available in Canada.

Changing Your Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please expect delays. Any additional charges from freight companies due to the address change will be the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and should not be considered guarantees. We notify our suppliers of new orders to ensure shipments are processed as quickly as possible.

If a customer cancels an order due to a delay in shipping, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees related to the order.

Any customer who files a chargeback for shipping delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Options

• Free Curbside Pickup: Our base shipping option is always free. Delivery transit typically takes 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is submitted. The total estimated delivery time (including handling time and transit time) is 6-10 business days (Mon-Fri)
• Threshold Shipping: The item will be delivered to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
• White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all boxes and packaging from your home.
