Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
