LUCCA M58 Sunto Espresso Machine

The LUCCA M58 Sunto Espresso Machine is a premium dual-boiler machine designed for home baristas who want the traditional E61 experience combined with modern temperature control and powerful steaming performance. Built by Quick Mill in Italy, it features a commercial 58mm E61 group head, dual stainless steel boilers, a quiet rotary pump, OLED PID temperature control, programmable pre-infusion, and an integrated shot timer.

The M58 Sunto pairs a 0.75 L brew boiler with a 1.5 L steam boiler, allowing espresso extraction and milk steaming at the same time. A dedicated group-head heating system significantly reduces the traditional E61 warm-up period, bringing the machine to brewing temperature in approximately 12 minutes while maintaining excellent thermal stability. Steam pressure of up to approximately 2 bar provides plenty of power for producing silky microfoam and preparing multiple milk drinks.

With both a 3 L internal reservoir and direct-plumb capability, the M58 Sunto can adapt as your coffee setup evolves. It also includes joystick-operated steam and hot-water controls, dual pressure gauges, insulated steam and hot-water wands, walnut accents, and the widely supported 58mm portafilter platform. It is an excellent choice for enthusiasts who value manual shot control, E61 craftsmanship, strong steaming power, and access to the extensive 58mm accessory ecosystem.
