LUCCA M58 Sunto Flow Control Espresso Machine

The LUCCA M58 Sunto Espresso Machine with Flow Control combines the traditional 58mm E61 brewing experience with advanced manual control over the extraction process. Built by Quick Mill in Italy, it features dual stainless steel boilers, a quiet rotary pump, OLED PID temperature control, programmable pre-infusion, an integrated shot timer, and LUCCA's E61 flow control system for adjusting water flow through the coffee puck while a shot is running.

Flow control allows experienced baristas to manually change the flow rate throughout extraction, making it possible to extend pre-infusion, reduce flow toward the end of a shot, or create custom profiles for different coffees and roast styles. The 0.75 L brew boiler and 1.5 L steam boiler support simultaneous brewing and steaming, while a dedicated group-head heating element reduces warm-up time to approximately 12 minutes and helps keep the E61 group thermally stable.

The M58 Sunto with Flow Control can operate from its 3 L internal reservoir or connect directly to a water line, while its rotary pump provides quiet and consistent pressure delivery. Joystick steam and hot-water controls, dual pressure gauges, insulated wands, walnut accents, and the commercial-standard 58mm portafilter complete the package. It is best suited for enthusiasts who want to experiment with pressure and flow, light-roast espresso, long pre-infusions, and advanced extraction techniques.
