Where the PUQ Press Mini Fits

The PUQpress Mini Gen 6 is rated for up to 7 kg of coffee per week, which covers a household pulling several shots a day or a shop that serves espresso alongside something else, such as a bakery counter. You seat the portafilter from your grinder, the tamper presses and releases, and the puck comes out level at the force you chose. Every tamp matches the last.

Three tamping profiles cover the common workflows. Speedy prioritizes throughput, Precision takes a little longer for a more careful compression, and Single applies one press for baristas who control the rest. Pressure is adjustable from 10 to 30 kg in 1 kg steps, so a recipe can be dialed in and repeated by anyone on the bar.

The tamp head accepts portafilters from 53 mm to 58.3mm in naked, single-spout, and double-spout designs, so it pairs with most prosumer and light commercial machines.
