What electrical supply does the Eagle Tempo need?

All Eagle Tempo Digit models run on 220 V with a NEMA L6-30 plug. The 2 Group is rated at 4900 W and 22 A, and the 3 Group at 5400 W and 24 A. Have a licensed electrician confirm your circuit before installation.

How big is the Eagle Tempo and its boiler?

The 2 Group measures 33 in wide x 26 in deep x 17 in high with a 14 L insulated boiler. The 3 Group measures 42 in wide x 26 in deep x 17 in high with a 17 L insulated boiler.

What is steam by wire on the Eagle Tempo?

Steam by wire gives the barista two electronic controls, purge and steam, and delivers steam through a wand with a tangential perforated nozzle for consistent milk texturing.

Who is the Eagle Tempo designed for?

The US distributor positions the Eagle Tempo for cafes, drive-thrus, restaurants, bakeries and other high volume locations, with an insulated high volume boiler sized for steady coffee and milk drink production.

What warranty comes with Victoria Arduino equipment?

Victoria Arduino espresso machines and grinders sold in the US carry the 2-year parts warranty of the US distributor, Simonelli Group North America. The full terms and the defective part claim form are in the documents section of this page.

What water does a Victoria Arduino machine need?

The US distributor lists these water requirements: line pressure 2 to 4 bar, flow rate 1 gallon per minute, total dissolved solids 50 to 250 ppm, hardness under 3 grains per gallon (50 ppm), chlorine under 0.5 ppm, alkalinity 10 to 150 ppm, pH 6.5 to 8.5 and filtration under 1.0 micron. Water outside these specs can void the warranty, so a softener or filter is recommended where needed.
