New Member Reward Tiers
New member unlocks Crawford Reward Points based on spending tier. Each Reward Point is valued at $1 USD in order credit, redeemable against any qualifying order including the current order.
Reward Points are applied automatically at checkout, and can be removed by the customer at any time prior to purchase completion. Unused points are forfeited upon order completion and are not carried forward.
All rewards are applied at the order level and do not affect individual product pricing.

Eligibility Verification
New member status is determined through our automated system at the time of cart addition using proprietary eligibility signals, which evaluates order history, account signals, and other proprietary criteria. Crawford Espresso reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Rewards are intended exclusively for genuine first-time customers and may be declined if eligibility cannot be confirmed. In the event of system error resulting in a reward being incorrectly applied to an ineligible order, Crawford Espresso reserves the right to recover the reward value after purchase.
Program Terms & Conditions
- The Crawford Espresso New Member Reward Program ("Program") provides order-level rewards to eligible first-time customers. Rewards are applied to the total order value and do not constitute a reduction in the advertised price of any individual product.
- Rewards are available exclusively to customers placing their first qualifying order with Crawford Espresso. Eligibility is determined automatically by our system using order history and account verification signals.
- New Member Rewards are applied automatically at checkout for eligible orders meeting the minimum qualifying order value for each tier. No promotional code is required.
- Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Crawford Espresso reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and may withhold or reverse credits if fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the Program is detected.
- All product prices displayed on crawfordespresso.com reflect standard retail pricing. New Member Rewards are applied on the total order value and do not alter the listed price of any product.
- Crawford Espresso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
