Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

While return shipping and a small restocking fee are your responsibility (unless there's an issue with the machine, in which case we'll cover everything), we'll make sure the rest of the process is smooth and simple.
