Featuring three independent brewing groups, programmable volumetric dosing, dual boilers, PID temperature control, saturated brew groups, and integrated scales, it delivers exceptional temperature stability, accurate espresso yields, and reliable performance for high-volume cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee environments.
Every purchase comes backed by manufacturer's 1-year parts warranty. If a component is defective in materials or workmanship, we'll replace it — no hassle. For brands that manage their own technical support, we'll personally connect you with their dedicated team.
Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. A signature may be required at delivery for larger items.
Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Smallware must be unused to qualify, and Open Box or Certified Pre-Owned items are final sale.

The La Marzocco GB5 S AV 3 with Scales combines elegant Italian design with advanced commercial espresso technology and integrated weighing for precise, repeatable extraction. Featuring three independent brewing groups, programmable volumetric dosing, dual boilers, PID temperature control, saturated brew groups, and integrated scales, it delivers exceptional temperature stability, accurate espresso yields, and reliable performance for high-volume cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee environments. The integrated scales allow baristas to monitor espresso yield directly during extraction, making it easier to achieve precise beverage recipes and consistent results from shot to shot. Programmable volumetric dosing automatically stops each extraction at the selected volume, while three independent group heads support simultaneous beverage preparation and provide the additional capacity needed during peak service. Powered by dual boilers with PID temperature control, the GB5 S AV 3 maintains precise brewing temperatures while providing dependable steam power for milk-based beverages. Combined with integrated scales, saturated brew groups, commercial-grade components, and durable stainless steel construction, it provides the precision, consistency, and long-term reliability required by demanding high-volume coffee operations. |
