The Mahlkonig E65S GbW is the weighed-dose version of Mahlkonig's E65S espresso grinder. Where the standard E65S doses by time, the GbW model weighs each dose as it grinds and stops at the target weight. That removes the drift that changing bean density, humidity, and hopper level introduce into timed dosing, keeping every shot on recipe without manual correction.
