Questions about the Nuova Simonelli G60 On Demand Espresso Grinder4

What electrical supply does the G60 need?

The G60 runs on 110 V (110-125 V range), draws 220 W and 2 A, and uses a NEMA 5-15 plug, so it works on a standard US wall outlet. These figures come from the US distributor spec sheet.

How big is the G60?

The G60 needs 6.5 in wide x 10.5 in deep x 16 in high of counter space and weighs 25 lb. Shipping weight is 30 lb, in a carton of 10 x 13 x 20 inches, per the US distributor spec sheet.

What warranty comes with Nuova Simonelli espresso machines?

Nuova Simonelli espresso machines carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty, according to the US distributor. If a part is defective, the claim is made with the Defective Part Warranty Claim Form, which is available in the documents section of this page.

Does my Nuova Simonelli machine need a water softener or filter?

A water softener is mandatory whenever the incoming water does not meet the water specifications Nuova Simonelli requires. Running a machine on water outside those specs voids the warranty. A water filter is also recommended to protect the machine and keep your coffee tasting consistent.
