5. Refund of price difference

If the request is approved, Crawford Espresso will issue a refund for the price difference to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Refund processing time

After the refund is issued, most banks and payment providers process the refund within 3–5 business days.

7. Confirmation

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the request has been reviewed and when the refund has been issued.

Eligibility Conditions

The following conditions apply to all price match requests:

• The item must have been purchased from our website before requesting the price match
• The competitor must be a legitimate online retailer
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product
• The product must be identical (same brand, model, and configuration)
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website
• The competitor’s price must be a publicly advertised price available to all customers
• Promotions such as rebates, bundle offers, membership discounts, or buy-one-get-one promotions are not eligible
• Auction sites, marketplaces, and discount platforms (including eBay, Overstock, or similar sites) are not eligible
• Special promotional events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are excluded
• Price comparisons include the product price and shipping charges, but exclude sales tax
