What water does a Victoria Arduino machine need?

The US distributor lists these water requirements: line pressure 2 to 4 bar, flow rate 1 gallon per minute, total dissolved solids 50 to 250 ppm, hardness under 3 grains per gallon (50 ppm), chlorine under 0.5 ppm, alkalinity 10 to 150 ppm, pH 6.5 to 8.5 and filtration under 1.0 micron.
