Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Coffee equipment is a big investment, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new setup. That's why we offer 30 days to return your machine if it's not the right fit. While return shipping and a small restocking fee are your responsibility (unless there's an issue with the machine, in which case we'll cover everything), we'll make sure the rest of the process is smooth and simple.
