The LUCCA Solo Espresso Machine with Flow Control takes the espresso-focused design of the Solo and adds manual control over the flow of water during extraction. Manufactured by Quick Mill in Italy, it features a commercial-standard 58mm E61 group head, PID temperature control, an integrated shot timer, a single brew boiler, and LUCCA's E61 flow control system for greater control over how each espresso shot develops.
The flow-control paddle allows the user to adjust water flow during extraction, making it possible to perform longer pre-infusions, gently extract lighter roasts, reduce flow toward the end of a shot, or create custom profiles for different coffees.
