Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Coffee equipment is a big investment, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new setup. That's why we offer 30 days to return your machine if it's not the right fit.
