Trusted by cafe owners, pro baristas, and home brewers across America.
The Mazzer Philos combines commercial-grade grinding precision with a compact single-dose design engineered for coffee enthusiasts and light commercial environments. Featuring 64mm flat stainless steel burrs, near-zero retention, and selectable stepped or stepless grind adjustment, it delivers exceptional consistency, flexibility, and flavor clarity for espresso, pour-over, batch brew, and a wide range of specialty coffee brewing methods.
Every purchase includes a parts warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage length and who handles claims depend on the brand and product: commercial equipment is typically covered for 1 year, parts only, and some home machines carry longer cover. See our Warranty Policy for the full terms. For brands that manage their own technical support, we'll personally connect you with their dedicated team.
Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. A signature may be required at delivery for larger items.
Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Smallware must be unused to qualify.

The Philos is designed for an efficient single-dose workflow, making it easy to switch between different coffees and brewing methods without unnecessary waste. Stepped adjustment provides precise 6-micron increments for repeatable grind settings, while stepless mode enables unlimited fine-tuning when dialing in espresso. A magnetic dose finisher helps move remaining grounds through the grinding chamber, while front access and tool-free cleaning simplify routine maintenance. Precision-engineered 64mm flat stainless steel burrs are available in two distinct options to match different flavor preferences. The I189D burrs emphasize body, sweetness, and notes of chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit for a more traditional espresso profile, while the I200D burrs highlight clarity, brightness, and vibrant acidity, making them ideal for lighter roasts and filter-focused coffees. Handmade in Venice, Italy, the Philos combines premium materials and Mazzer engineering in a compact grinder built for demanding home baristas, small cafés, and specialty coffee professionals. |
