Trusted by cafe owners, pro baristas, and home brewers across America.
The Mazzer Major V Electronic combines high-volume commercial grinding performance with advanced electronic dosing and modern workflow technology. Featuring 83mm high-carbon steel flat burrs, stepless micrometric grind adjustment, a double cooling fan system, and Mazzer's Grind Flow Control (GFC), it delivers exceptional speed, consistency, and precision for medium to high-volume cafés, restaurants, and specialty coffee shops.
Every purchase includes a parts warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage length and who handles claims depend on the brand and product: commercial equipment is typically covered for 1 year, parts only, and some home machines carry longer cover. See our Warranty Policy for the full terms. For brands that manage their own technical support, we'll personally connect you with their dedicated team.
Coverage applies when equipment is properly installed and maintained per manufacturer guidelines, and operated with water that meets quality requirements. Labor, on-site service, shipping, and installation costs fall outside the warranty scope, as does damage from scale buildup, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. A signature may be required at delivery for larger items.
Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Smallware must be unused to qualify.

The Mazzer Major V Electronic combines high-volume commercial grinding performance with advanced electronic dosing and modern workflow technology. Featuring 83mm high-carbon steel flat burrs, stepless micrometric grind adjustment, a double cooling fan system, and Mazzer's Grind Flow Control (GFC), it delivers exceptional speed, consistency, and precision for medium to high-volume cafés, restaurants, and specialty coffee shops. The electronic on-demand dosing system provides fast, repeatable grinding directly into the portafilter, while portafilter activation and an adjustable holder enable convenient hands-free operation with consistently centered dosing. Mazzer's Memory Track System (MTS) makes it easier to reference and return to preferred grind settings, while the low-retention design helps minimize coffee waste and improve efficiency throughout daily service. Precision-engineered 83mm high-carbon steel flat burrs, 100% made in Italy by Mazzer, deliver fast, uniform grinding for consistent espresso extraction during demanding commercial use. The double cooling fan system helps protect coffee from excessive heat exposure, while Mazzer's Grind Flow Control (GFC) system reduces static and clumping for cleaner, more consistent dosing throughout the day. |
