What is the difference between the Oscar II Pour Over and Direct Connect versions?

Both versions are the same 1 group machine with a 2 liter boiler, time-based dosing, 110 V and 1200 W. The Pour Over version has a 1 liter removable water tank that you fill by hand. The Direct Connect version has no tank and connects to a dedicated cold water line.

What electrical supply does the Oscar II need?

Does the Oscar II need a water line and drain?
